Algorithm for connecting private notaries to the Crop Receipts Register

The State Enterprise 'Agrarian Registers', upon receiving the letter, prepares a draft agreement with the notary for connection to the Crop Receipts Registry, sends the agreement in electronic form, an invoice for payment for the enterprise’s services for connection to the registry, and also a form of acceptance certificate for the provided connection services to the email address indicated in the application.
The estimated cost of connection services (including VAT) is 1,290.00 UAH.

The notary pays the services of the State Enterprise 'Agrarian Registers' for connection to the Crop Receipts Registry based on the invoice, transferring the appropriate amount to the enterprise’s bank account.

The notary prepares a package for postal sending and sends to the State Enterprise 'Agrarian Registers' the documents listed in item 1, including two copies of the original application, three copies of the signed agreement regarding connection to the Crop Receipts Registry, a signed acceptance certificate in two copies, as well as a copy of the receipt (payment order) for payment of the State Enterprise 'Agrarian Registers' connection services.

For the purpose of actual connection to the ARR, the notary sends valid digital signature certificates (EDS) to the SE’s email address admindp@agroregisters.com.ua

The State Enterprise 'Agrarian Registers', after receiving the documents specified in item 4 from the notary, sends the notary’s application for registration as a registrar and one copy of the agreement to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine with an accompanying letter.
From the moment the application is received by the Ministry, the notary is considered authorized as a registrar.

The State Enterprise 'Agrarian Registers' verifies receipt of funds from the notary, and after confirming payment, signs the acceptance certificate on its part, creates an access identifier (login) for the notary to the Crop Receipts Registry, prepares a card with this login, sends the signed acceptance certificate to the notary, and initiates the system password generation.
From the moment of receiving the login and password, the notary gains the ability to enter records into the Crop Receipts Registry and perform actions stipulated by regulations.
