Document Templates

The crop receipt templates have been developed in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and incorporate additional provisions that market participants most frequently include in the text of crop receipts. For user convenience, fields to be completed are highlighted in blue.

Crop receipts are typically used alongside various types of contracts, serving either as a performance guarantee or as additional collateral. In this context, it is important to avoid duplicating obligations and to harmonize the terms of the crop receipt and the underlying contract. The recommended wording for the relevant contract clause is available for download below.

Using the recommended templates helps avoid common mistakes. They are a valuable resource both for experienced users and for those who are new to working with crop receipts and lack hands-on experience.
